Introduction
There is a way that the cardholder can call the VRU and move the funds. Here are the steps. This is an alternative. I would much rather do it for you, that way I know it is done. (I know, control freak).
Procedure
- Dial the Voice Response Unit (VRU) at 800-741-6060.
- Enter the cardholder PIN.
- Select the “Money Transfer” option.
- Select the “Direct Deposit” option.
- Enter the amount to be deposited.
- Complete the transaction and continue with any further transactions.
If the cardholder has any issues, they can call the number on the back of the card for assistance.
